We host a quarterly event series for therapists and non-therapists alike that feature discussions on RLT as it intersects with topics of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. Anyone on their path toward certification as a RLT Coach or Therapist is eligible to host.

​Hosts will both:
 -Present and moderate a Panel Presentation featuring other RLT Thought Leaders
​ -Facilitate a Discussion with other RLT Practitioners

Panel Presentation Details
A virtual 2 hour presentation and panel discussion for the public. The event should include a bit of teaching from the host, followed by the host leading a panel discussion with other RLT Thought Leaders.

• Financials: This is a free event for anyone who attends in real time on Zoom. A recording of the discussion will be available for purchase on the Foundation’s website on a sliding scale. The profits of sales are considered donations to the Foundation.
• Marketing: The Foundation will market your events to Terry Real’s growing email list-- giving you a ton of exposure (which might contribute to sales of any future workshops you might offer). At the end of the event you're welcome to promote your own offerings to the community.
• Tech Support: The Foundation will host and manage the zoom for this presentation.
• Audience: General public (including non-therapists)

RLT Practitioner Discussion Details
A 2-hour virtual conversation with RLT practitioners on the same topic as the above presentation.

• Financials: Free event, no fees involved.
• Marketing: The Foundation will market this event to everyone who has taken a Level 1, 2 or 3, and to those who are RLT certified.
• Audience: RLT Practitioners
