Past Participant Testimonials
“My partner and I both came out of relationships and families with poor communication skills. This course helped give us the tools needed to discuss openly and not react.”
- Robin, Denver CO “Before this course I was in a trench of emotion. After this course I don’t think being told to calm down will trigger me as much. Because that’s my adaptive child, and not my wise adult.” - Anonymous Participant, Denver, CO “I feel so grateful for this course. It helped me understand myself and my partner more and from a deeper place (adaptive child). I feel I will be going back out into the world with a new lens!” -Samantha, Denver CO “This workshop helped me understand where I come from, who I am, and a path to be the better me.” -Justin, Denver CO |
