Rooted in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), our work will center the lived experiences of Black couples, providing space to explore healing from generational trauma, cultural pressures, and the everyday stress of partnership. The program we’re creating is not just about teaching skills—it’s about restoring connection and reclaiming joy. Through joint events like Liberated Love: Reclaiming Connection in the Black Diaspora and Breaking Generational Patterns Through Relational Healing, we aim to empower couples with the tools to thrive—not just survive—in their relationships. Meet Stacee and Ya’Ron through their own words in the video below. Their warmth, humor, and hard-earned wisdom give life to this work and reflect what so many of us crave: authenticity, connection, and real pathways to healing. As Ya’Ron and Stacee say, “You can choose to be right… or you can choose to be relational.” We’re choosing relational, every time—and we’re honored to do this work alongside the Browns. Stay tuned in for more short videos from them in the coming months. Together, let’s build bridges that last.
