Initial Undertakings
Increase RLT 's Profile with a Wider Audience We are in the process of publishing an academic article to illustrate the theory and rationale that forms the foundation of RLT. This will help pave the way for publication of a research study.
Advising on the writing of an RLT Treatment Manual The existence of such a manual makes it possible for instructors to teach the model in multi-method courses, and for future researchers to easily design controlled research projects.
Study A (Therapist Training Outcome Research): Pilot Study is Complete Designed and ran a pilot study to look at RLT trainees as they attend a new Level Two course taught by Terry Real. This study provided us with valuable demographic data regarding the nature of the participants, along with pointers about what additions might need to be made to the training. This study also placed us in a position of confidence to proceed with a large scale study as participants are available who are new to RLT.

Study B (Therapy Outcome Research): Literature Review is Complete Currently advising Relational Life Institute in restructuring training program in preparation to conduct research with highly consistent outcomes.
