What is Relational Resilience?

It's our capacity to maintain connection and stay relational, even in the face of adversity. This intensive is designed to help you cultivate this essential skill with your partner, family, and yourself.

4 weekly Zoom sessions, each lasting 2 hours

Interactive group learning, reflections, and skill-building exercises

Here are your facilitators who will guide you with teachings, small group mentoring, and personal reflections.

Beverly Joy Ehrlich, a certified RLT relational coach, is passionate about helping couples heal, thrive, and grow through deeper connection and understanding. She specializes in empowering partners to live with greater consciousness and authentic expression, fostering mutual respect. Beverly supports couples in building strong, resilient partnerships that enable them to navigate life's challenges with clarity and compassion, believing that relationships are the foundation of personal growth and fulfillment.

She lives in the heart of Israel with her husband, children, and many grandchildren. They love traveling and exploring new places.

Sima Menora, PsyD, finds herself constantly inspired by her clients’ wisdom, love, and capacity for change. Sima escorts the couples through the steps of therapy, from exploring the challenges they experience to healing traumas and collaborating in building a new outlook for a brighter and more relational future. She helps them build a stronger foundation, leading them to the ‘aha’ moments, and in guiding them to turn those moments into lasting change.

Sima brings an attitude of hope to her clients through warm, non-judgmental dialogue. While Sima lives in Israel with her kids, grandkids, and therapy dog, she practices psychology with clients both in the US and Israel.
