Caron Starobin, LCSW-C
Caron is the Owner and Clinical Director of a thriving group therapy practice, Starobin Counseling, LLC, and presents on intimacy in relationships. Caron is certified in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and in teaching Relationship Bootcamps through the Relational Life Institute. She's also an RLT Trainer at the Institute teaching students who are working towards their certification. Caron’s work models and teaches what it means to be relational, to affirm and practice real connection in intimate, familial, and peer relationships and all of the vulnerability that goes along with that, and to nurture and sustain healthy self-esteem and boundaries. She creates this therapeutic space with a neurodiversity-affirming mindset. Caron and her team of associates embrace the idea that navigating the world in a way that seeks understanding of differently wired brains benefits all of us. |

Andrea Masters, LCSW
Based in Richmond, Virginia, Andrea graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Psychology, and a membership in Psy Chi, the National Honor Society for Psychology. She obtained a Masters Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2000 and went on to work in community mental health, specializing in adolescent substance abuse, before joining a private practice. After her second child was born Andrea worked in the non-profit sector with parents court ordered for treatment due to charges of child abuse or neglect. Andrea currently owns a practice where she sees individuals and couples, specializing in high conflict couples, anxiety and depressive disorders, trauma, and helping people get comfortable being human. She has three children, a dog, two bikes, and way too many pickle ball paddles. |
