Sheri Hardin, LCSW
Sheri has been hooked on psychology since high school. She has always been fascinated by what makes people tick. With over 30 years of experience helping folks navigate everything from family drama and codependence to grief, anxiety, and self-esteem struggles, she’s become a pro at helping people build relationships they actually want to be in. Sheri is all about helping clients break free from those old, autopilot patterns and discover the freedom of connecting in fresh, fulfilling ways. She’s not afraid to be direct when it counts-but always leads with heart. Clients describe her as genuine, warm, and fiercely loyal. Sheri is certified in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and Discernment Counseling. Sheri is partnered and has a fun college-age daughter. Her partner has fearlessly embraced RLT principles and they have gone through their own RLT relationship transformation together. In her free time, she is often on an adventure such as hiking the Grand Canyon rim to rim, has done her share of mud OCRs, and loves nothing more than a good swing dance or art museum. She is an enthusiastic ally and advocate and can be spotted at local or national rallies. |
