Breta Collins, MA, LMFT
Breta is a Certified Relational Life Therapy (RLT) Coach and Bootcamp Facilitator dedicated to helping couples and individuals rebuild connection, restore trust, and create deeply fulfilling relationships. Grounded in the belief that we are wired for connection and that life’s greatest reward is loving, secure partnerships, Breta works with couples facing disconnection due to neglect, major life transitions, and relationship crises. She has particular experience supporting couples recovering from relational injury, especially infidelity, helping partners move from blame and defensiveness toward accountability, repair, and renewed intimacy. In addition to her work with couples, she supports individuals navigating grief and loss, affair resolution and recovery, mid-life transitions, men’s issues, and the pursuit of authentic happiness and wholehearted living. Her professional training includes certification in Relational Life Therapy, Gottman Level 3 training, and certification as a facilitator of The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. She has also received extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, integrating research-based approaches with mindful living practices. She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and the North Carolina Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. It is her honor to walk alongside clients as they heal, grow, and rediscover connection — both with others and within themselves. |
