What is RLT?Relational Life Therapy (RLT) is an innovative approach that combines therapy and coaching to help individuals, couples, families, and groups navigate complex systems. RLT focuses on building authentic connections, starting with the relationship one has with oneself. By incorporating neurobiology, RLT guides clients to shift from instinctual, learned behaviors to more conscious, effective communication. It addresses deep-seated issues, including complex trauma, to foster healthier, more respectful relationships. Our ultimate goal is to empower individuals to transform the dysfunctional systems in their lives by speaking and acting from a place of true self-awareness.
Our goal is for Relational Life Therapy (RLT) to be accredited and taught in over 50 colleges and universities globally by 2030. |
