Jessica Maria Garcia

Jessica’s own healing journey led her to this work. Therapy helped her reclaim her voice, her sense of safety, and her connection to her inner child. She considers it an honor to walk alongside others as they reconnect with themselves and create lives rooted in authenticity and self-trust. Jessica is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) currently working toward independent licensure. She is currently an RLT student on the coaching track. As part of her RLT training, she offers sliding-scale relationship coaching sessions. These sessions are separate from her APCC role, are not therapy, and will not be used toward her clinical licensure hours.

Jessica integrates attachment-based work, parts work, somatic awareness, and practical tools for communication, boundaries, and repair. She brings warmth and curiosity alongside direct feedback and gentle accountability, supporting individuals and couples in moving from reactivity to connection, honesty, and mutual respect.

The wisdom she brings comes from her professional training, lived experience, inner-child healing, and her own experience receiving this work. She believes healing requires honesty, commitment, and a willingness to look inward. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals and couples who are ready to make meaningful change, actively engage in releasing what no longer serves them, and move toward greater freedom and self-trust.
