About this event

Join Breta Collins for an immersive, two-day workshop grounded in Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Through teaching, demonstrations, and guided exercises, individuals and couples will practice healthier ways to communicate, navigate conflict, and reconnect.

Attend on your own or with a partner. Sharing personal details is optional, and all identities, orientations, and relationship structures are welcome.

Breta Collins, LMFT

Certified Relational Life Therapy Coach and Bootcamp Facilitator

Breta Collins, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Relational Life Therapy Coach, and Bootcamp Facilitator based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She helps couples and individuals restore trust, strengthen connection, and navigate relationship injuries and life transitions. Breta is Gottman Level 3 trained and a certified facilitator of The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. Her additional training includes Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She brings a compassionate, practical approach to helping people build more fulfilling relationships.
