Carolyn has 30 years’ experience supporting children and families in social care settings. She works with couples facing disconnection or separation, and with individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, or addiction. Carolyn is a qualified therapist who uses a strength-based, relational approach to help people make sense of their thoughts, feelings and experiences and find a happier, healthier way forward.
