Jen Traeger, PresidentJen is dedicated to advancing social justice and equity through board leadership, non-profit management, and social impact. As a Board Member at Beyond Differences, she helps the organization achieve its mission of empowering students to end social isolation and create cultures of belonging in their schools and communities. Jen supports the strategic planning, fundraising, and governance of Beyond Differences, and collaborates with other board members, staff, and stakeholders to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of Beyond Differences programs and services.
Jen also has extensive experience in the family entertainment, operations, and business development sectors. As the Vice Chair of United Skates of America and the Managing Partner of Traeger Family LP, she oversees the performance, growth, and innovation of 19 roller skating centers in 11 states, and manages the real estate portfolio and investments of the family partnership. Jen leverages her skills in coaching, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership development to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer satisfaction among the companys' teams and partners. Jen is passionate about providing affordable and participatory family recreation to kids and their families, and creating opportunities for community engagement and social connection. Jen graduated from the University of Wisconsin and received a master’s in accounting from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. She is married, has two school-aged children and resides in San Rafael, CA. |
Adam Ysasi, TreasurerAdam is a Regional Human Resources Manager for a Woman and Minority owned Staffing Company and Business Process Outsourcing Organization. As a people leader, Adam is committed to creating an exceptional, people-first employment experience and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Previously, Adam has held HR leadership roles within global logistics companies, a nonprofit organization, and a Fortune 100 company. Preceding the HR leadership roles, Adam also held positions in operations, sales, and project management. His diverse background helps him bring a unique perspective to people management strategy.

Jaci Hull, LMFT, SecretaryJaci is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Boulder, CO. Jaci has a Masters in Contemplative Psychotherapy and holds Certifications in Family Therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Matrixworks Group Leadership, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Relational Life Couples Therapy. She is Senior Faculty and serves on the Board of the Hakomi Institute International. In private practice for over 30 years, she works with individuals and couples.

Cathy Hill, PhDCathy is a registered psychologist in private practice in Vancouver, Canada. She has taught courses in psychology and communication at several universities, and currently provides workshops, groups, and therapy for couples. She took training in most of the major schools of relationship therapy prior to discovering RLT, and is now thrilled to be involved in projects to make RLT services available to underserved populations. Cathy has trained extensively with Terry Real, and in 2020 developed and co-led an advanced training program with him. She is currently focused on designing research to provide evidence for the efficacy of RLT.
