Our Mission: We make relational skills accessible to everyone through practical programs, workshops, and experiences grounded in Relational Life Therapy so that cost, culture, or circumstance never stand in the way of relational healing.
Our Vision: We envision a world that knows how to love well, rooted in relational health and collective repair. What is relational health?
Relational health is the ability to connect, communicate, take accountability, and repair when relationships experience strain. It is the foundation of strong partnerships, resilient families, and thriving communities.
When relational health is strong:
These are not personality traits or private therapy concepts. They are learnable skills that strengthen families, communities, and culture. How we fit into the Relational Life movement
Relational Life Therapy (RLT), developed by Terry Real, is a therapeutic model that integrates psychological insight with accountability and relational repair.
The Relational Life Institute (RLI) trains and certifies practitioners in this model. The Relational Life Foundation (RLF) expands this work beyond the therapy room. As a 501(c)(3) public charity, we increase access to relational skills through sliding-scale programs, scholarships, community education, and research initiatives. We focus on access, education, research, and public impact, ensuring relational skills are not limited to those who can afford private therapy. We work to elevate relational health as a public good, not a private luxury. |
Respectful relationships have the power to change our world.
Help us build a world that relates respectfully and compassionately with one another.
